Quality management system - ISO 9001, IRIS
The permanent high quality of products is secured by the quality management system established in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 international standard. The system is certified by German company DEKRA CERTIFICATION. In 2014 certificate according to standard IRIS (International Railways Industry Standard) was received. This certification by body BUREAU VERITAS proves the highest possible quality of supplies for railways industry. By acquisition of the ISO 9001 and IRIS certificates, a new stage of continuous quality improvement and process effectiveness has been commenced. The act of certification itself is seen in ZEZ SILKO, s.r.o. as a tool for strengthening mutual trust and as the basis for the functioning and effective quality management system.
